• Pan-India Delivery: We deliver plants and gardening products across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery PIN code.

• Quick Dispatch: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

• Safe Plant Packaging: Every plant is carefully inspected and packed to minimise damage and stress during transportation.

• Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.

• Live Plant Care: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and open the plant parcel promptly after delivery.

• Transit Stress: Minor leaf shedding, drooping or soil displacement can occur during transportation and is generally normal for live plants.

• Weather & Courier Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to extreme weather, festivals, holidays, courier delays, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Damaged on Arrival? Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs/videos. Eligible cases will be reviewed for replacement under our Replacement Policy.
